You will play a vital role in supporting students' social, emotional, and academic well-being and provide counseling, intervention services, and resources to empower students to thrive.

Job Description:

Conduct diagnostic evaluations, write reports, and participate fully in IEPs with parents and school teams.

Report on student progress toward goals and objectives during each reporting period.

Develop and utilize data collection systems for functional assessments and positive behavior support.

Collect, analyze, and graph data to monitor student progress.

Participate in and provide professional development related to PBIS school-wide processes.
Qualifications/Special Requirements:
- Masters Degree from a graduate social work program approved by the Michigan Department of Education (MDE), including a minimum of 500-hour supervised practicum.
- Temporary approval, continuing temporary approval, or full approval by MDE, Office of Special Education.
